Notification

After the application process closes on 30th April, the Shellharbour ClubGRANTS local committee meets in May to review all applications and make recommendations for funding. Clubs than agree to fund particular applications either in whole or part fund the project with another Club. You will be notified in writing of the decision made by mid August, and all payments will be made by 31st August.

Your application will be reviewed by the Oak Flats Bowling and Recreation Club Board of Directors.

Eligibility

The Oak Flats Bowling and Recreation Club Board of Directors will asses applications and determine the funding outcome. The Board will consider applications from any and all sources with the exception of political parties and Activist groups.
